How IES rewards you?

  1. Paper Acceptance & Publication Support

    • All shortlisted teams will be guided to produce a 6-page research paper.
    • The top papers will be accepted to IECON 2026 or to IRAI 2026.

  2. Travel Grants

    • The top 6 teams will receive travel grant worth USD 2000 to attend the conference in person in Melbourne or Qatar.
    • The next 6 teams will receive travel grant worth USD 1000 to attend the conference in person in Melbourne or Qatar.

  3. Equipment & Services

    • Each team can request up to USD 100 reimbursement for specialized hardware, software licenses, or APIs needed for their Generative AI project (contact the organizers for details).

  4. Visibility & Networking

    • Present your work to an audience of your peers at a prestigious research conference.
    • Network with industry leaders, researchers, and peers from around the globe.
