Eligibility

  • Open to participants 18 years or older.
  • Teams may consist of 1 to 5 members.

Original Work

  • All submissions must be your team’s original work.
  • Projects must not infringe on any existing intellectual property or confidentiality agreements.

Scope & Focus

  • Solutions must leverage Generative AI to solve real-world industrial or IoT challenges.
  • We encourage innovative use-cases beyond typical chatbot applications—consider multi-modal usecases, AI Agents, or novel design automation.

Participation Requirements

  • If shortlisted, teams must commit to the 2.5 month development process (20th February to 30th April).
  • Engage in milestone submissions and mentor reviews as outlined in the Timeline and Submission Requirements.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property remains with the team or the individuals, but you must grant the IEEE IES the right to publish your paper if it is accepted for IECON 2025.
  • If your solution relies on third-party libraries, APIs, or open-source code, ensure compliance with the relevant licensing terms.

Conduct

  • Please follow the IEEE Code of Ethics.
  • Discriminatory or offensive behavior will not be tolerated, and teams may be disqualified if they violate the spirit of fair competition.
